Firmware updates improve stability, compatibility, and performance.

How to Update

1. Identify Your Enclosure Model
Check the bottom label or product packaging.

2. Visit the Sabrent Downloads Page
Locate the firmware for your model.

3. Download the Firmware Tool
Extract the ZIP file.

4. Connect Your Enclosure
Do NOT use USB hubs.

5. Run the Firmware Updater
Follow on-screen instructions.

6. Restart Your System
After completion, safely disconnect and reconnect the drive.

Important

• Do not power off your computer during the update.
• Only use firmware meant for your exact model.

Troubleshooting

• Try a different USB port if the updater does not detect your enclosure.
