No, the M.2 slot on the Sabrent DS-UNHC supports only NVMe (PCIe) SSDs. SATA M.2 drives are not compatible with this enclosure.

The DS-UNHC enclosure is built for high-speed NVMe performance through its USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface.
Because of this design, it does not include the controller required to read SATA-based M.2 SSDs.
If a SATA M.2 drive is installed, the enclosure will not detect it or show any activity.

Tips:

•     To confirm your drive type, check its model number or product description.
• • •   NVMe SSDs usually mention “PCIe” or “NVMe.”
    •    SATA drives will list “SATA” in the specs.
