How do I make a return?
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
If you need to return a Sabrent product, our team is here to help. Returns are generally handled through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process to ensure your product is replaced or refunded properly.

1. Check Eligibility:
- Products purchased directly from Sabrent.com are eligible for a 30-day return window.
- Outside the 30-day period, warranty coverage may apply instead.
2. Contact Sabrent Customer Support:
- Provide your order number, contact details, and a brief description of the reason for the return.

3. Receive RMA Number:

- Once the item is received and inspected, Sabrent will process a replacement or refund according to your request.
