What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?
If your Sabrent product arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return or replacement.
Steps to Take:
1. Document the Damage:
- Take clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and any shipping labels.
- Ensure the photos clearly show the extent of the damage.

3. Provide Necessary Information:
- Include your order number, contact details, and a description of the damage.
- Attach the photos you took of the damaged product and packaging.
4. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
- If your return is approved, we’ll issue an RMA number.
- Follow the instructions provided to return the damaged product.
5. Replacement or Refund:
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process a replacement or refund as per our policy.
